Went trg at Woodland stadim
ran 6km in 35mins !! first time run so long sia...
was totally exhausted after the run
thn do 5sets of 50m dash
thn onli came in 1st for 2times so muz do 45 push ups.
after tt actually suppose to go swimming...
but the ppl don let us in. damn !!

went cc to play ball wif bryan and yisheng and co.
cc too many ppl so we went blk8 to play.
short post for tday, too tired liao.
goin for a family dinner tml, cant go trg.
